Standing Up the Reserve
A small unit lives or dies on depth it can call when it needs it. The reserve pool is open.

Raven Unit operates at small scale by design — a tight core that knows how each other moves. But a core of five cannot crew every contingency, and a recovery does not wait for a convenient roster. So we are formalizing the reserve.
How it works
Reserve operators are vetted, briefed on doctrine, and held ready against the day a core seat opens or a detachment spins up. No standing obligation, no busywork — just a known, trusted bench the unit can reach for without gambling on a stranger mid-operation.
- Recon & electronic warfare — eyes ahead of the unit
- Pilots — stealth navigation and low-altitude approach
- Breachers & security — LZ control under pressure
- Combat medics — keeping the recovered alive
The unit is new and its command is untested. We are not offering medals or a legend. We are offering a plan, a promise that no Raven is left behind, and a share in whatever this unit becomes — earned one extraction at a time.
